Youll work closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, and Product teams in a highly regulated, enterprise environment. What youll be doing * Design and build Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic * Deliver AI-driven capabilities (IVR, agent assist, Contact Lens) * Integrate Connect with CRM, banking, and risk systems via APIs & Lambda * Own real-time and historical reporting for ops and compliance * Ensure solutions meet FCA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS requirements * Support outbound campaigns and customer communication workflows * Manage IaC deployments (Terraform/CloudFormation) * Contribute to resilience, DR, and platform optimisation
