Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician (1st Line Support) - Hybrid / Harrogate * Deliver 1st line IT support both remotely and on-site * Previous experience in a 1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk role * Exposure to app development, 2nd line support, and modern cloud platforms - You'll be part of a forward-thinking team where your input will be valued, your ideas will be heard, and your work will directly influence how technology supports services nationwide. * Support Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange * Provide VoIP support (3CX) and assist with basic networking issues (DHCP, DNS, VPN) * Support Apple devices, including iPads, MacBooks, and macOS * Participate in the weekend on-call support rota (with allowance) * Ability to support Apple technology confidently - Location: Harrogate (3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: Up to c.£30,000 DOE + Genero
