The Role - We need Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UKs large airline customer. Collaborate with business stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Benefits teams) to understand and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. oCore HR - oPayroll (UK) oAbsence Management - oBenefits - oHire-to-retire lifecycle - oPayroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting - oLeave, accruals, and absence policies - oEmployee benefits enrolment and eligibility - Lead functional and technical design workshops, ensuring best practices and standardization.
