Location: Remote - Compensation: $180K - $200K - We are building programmable, intent-based infrastructure on a leading Layer 1 protocol, making blockchain interactions smoother, smarter, and more composable. Our work enables intent-driven execution across chains, requiring high-velocity technical delivery and strong team leadership. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to accelerate execution across projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives. This role is focused on making things happen : ensuring technical projects are delivered on time, partner integrations run smoothly, and internal teams are fully aligned.
