About The Role - Purpose - Reporting to the Head of Data Insight & Analytics, this role will support with the development and progression of 7IMs business intelligence and insight capability. Sitting within the Data & Analytics team, this role will directly support 7IMs Transformation function through building dashboards, insight tools and supporting key stakeholders, including the Chief Transformation Officer and the Transformation Leadership Group, with data-driven decision making. The role would suit an ambitious and driven junior individual who is looking for an opportunity to advance their understanding of data, working closely with business leaders to generate meaningful insight. Responsibilities * Over time, act as the subject matter expert (SME) for data analytics to 7IMs Transformation function.
