About the Team - The Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) is a founding member of the Worldwide Protein Data Bank, the international consortium responsible for maintaining the global archive of experimentally determined macromolecular structures, the Protein Data Bank (PDB). PDBe also maintains the PDBe Knowledge Base (PDBe-KB), a community-driven resource launched in 2018 to integrate functional and biophysical annotations for macromolecular structures. Furthermore, the team co-develops and operates the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database (AFDB), launched in collaboration with Google DeepMind in July 2021, which provides large-scale access to AI-predicted protein structures. The PDBe team consists of an international and interdisciplinary group of scientists, software engineers, and data engineers.

You will support their ticket handling and ongoing development work following their recent go-live. This engagement will initially run for 1 month and will involve close collaboration with their in-house NAV/BC developer. * Providing support for our Business Central helpdesk tickets * Delivering work on newfeature requests * Strong reporting expertise, including Business CentraltoBI and Excel integrations via APIs * Ability to advise on the migration path from on-premise to SaaS * Comprehensive understanding of the Business Centralon-premise infrastructure (e.g., HTTPS printing, email configurations, and related scenarios) * Knowledge of CRM platforms with the ability to guide them on the recommended approach and considerations Potential for further project work. £450-500 per day. Based Hertfordshire / Remote
