Description - Hi Im Dom, VP of Engineering at Pinpoint. Were scaling fast - more customers, more integrations, and more people using Pinpoint in complex ways every day. Our CS team has grown faster than Engineering, and the volume of technical escalations has outgrown todays reactive model. Because customers run their entire hiring process on Pinpoint, reliability isnt a nice-to-have its core to our product promise. To keep scaling confidently, were adding a Software Engineer (Reliability & Tooling) to strengthen the feedback loop between our customers, Support, and Product, and to lay the foundation
