The role requires someone with strong CRM and broader solutions architecture experience, ideally with an experience of designing and overseeing integrated enterprise solutions. * CRM background is essential - The role will support the Architecture function by providing technical leadership across solution design, ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture principles, integration standards, and wider digital strategy. They will work closely with delivery teams, Digital, and service areas to ensure that proposed solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with policy and principles. CRM Experience on the following would be beneficial: Grancius/ govService, NetCall, Civica, Northgate, Cisco, Taranto, LiquidLogic. * 6-8 months initially * IR35- Likely outside, but TBC * Hybrid working (London) * Flexible day rate dependant on experience * Local Authority experience is essential
