Marketing Manager, UKTRUSTPILOT A/S

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

At Trustpilot, marketing is more than campaigns — it's how we build momentum, engage our audiences, and help create an independent currency of trust. We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to drive growth in one of our most important markets, the UK.

Sitting at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and sales partnership, this role is key to accelerating customer acquisition and strengthening our market presence. You'll deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine creativity with data-driven decision making — while bringing local insights and market expertise into everything we do.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, love the challenge of balancing strategy and execution, and want to help shape a brand that defines the times we live in — this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on brand positioning and ROI — across email, events, digital, and content
  • Lead the UK events strategy — from negotiating sponsorship packages and organising roundtables to managing post-event follow-up and commercial alignment
  • Partner closely with sales and commercial teams to align goals and maximise the impact of campaigns
  • Write compelling copy for web, paid digital, email, and campaign landing pages
  • Take full ownership of campaigns — delivering on time, on budget, and against clear KPIs
  • Analyse and report on program performance, using insights to continually optimise future activity
  • Collaborate with brand, content, comms, and digital teams to ensure cohesion and consistency across all campaigns

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable ROI
  • Data-driven and customer-centric, with a continual focus on improving business performance
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital platforms — ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Collaborative and influential, with strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Energetic, positive, and accountable — with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment

What's in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle to work scheme
  • Central office location complete with table tennis, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials.
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts and more.
  • Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We're excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture. So, even if you don't feel you don't meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
