Verification Delivery Manager

The Verification Delivery Manager will play a vital role in NCC Group’s Technical Operations team in defining, improving and setting the standards across our delivery and verification projects. It is expected that you’ll come from a technical delivery background and are looking for the chance to truly exercise some autonomy for service improvement, whilst ensuring that delivery goals are met and that the careers and aspirations of your team are achieved. This is would be a very visible for and an exciting next step for the correct individual.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of the verification teams’ workload and duties,
  • One to ones with the team to identify training needs/upskilling potential.
  • Process improvement relating to the operation models.
  • Reporting to senior management of verification efforts.
  • Scheduling verification demands with available resources.
  • Training internal staff on new processes/technologies, both of technical and non-technical staff.
  • Administration of the verification team and supporting the operations function.

Key skills

You will preferably have knowledge of one or more of the following areas;

  • A high level of IT competency, with an aptitude and desire to learn new processes and systems.
  • Demonstrable team leader experience.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Good communicator, both to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Report writing skills.

Desirable skills

  • Project management knowledge, qualifications not necessary.
