CRM Project Manager
Grade 7 salary range is £30,178 to £33,857
Initially until end of March 2019, with the potential to continue thereafter
36 ¼ hours per week in line with service requirements and the Work Life Balance Scheme

Our client is at an exciting place in developing their vision of people working together to deliver great places to live and work. They’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of their “Channel Shift” programme, including the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and developing their digital services.
They are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and digital inclusion with the drive to take forward their digital ambition. You will have a proven track record of leading on service improvements, through effective implementation and control of projects. Working collaboratively with customer facing teams, Business Intelligence, Transformation and IT, you will be a strong agent of change and able to manage external suppliers and partners, with a strong focus on quality.
