Business Change Manager Investment Banking Finance London

Business Change Manager (Investment Banking Business Transformation Process Change Management Corporate TOM Target Operating Model Banking Business Analysis Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience:

  • Experience as a Business Change Manager in banking
  • Business Change Manager experience for business change/business transformation - eg- implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM); process engineering; implementing regulatory change or procedure; opening of a new office; moving the location of a department; merging with a business; acquiring a business or selling a business.

The following are DESIRABLE, not essential:
  • Business Analysis experience within IT - eg. applications, infrastructure, documentation, analysis etc (front office, capital markets, CIB, trading exposure)
  • Knowledge of asset classes and derivative products

Role: You will join a centralised Business Change Projects team consisting of ten Business Change Managers within my international banking client in London. This team delivers projects across revenue generating business areas, & central operational departments. You will work on up to 10 projects at any one time - ranging in duration from 2 weeks to 12 months. Projects will focus on business transformation, process change or implementation, TOMs and include some regulatory compliance. You will be:
  • Highly motivated to continue your learning and development
  • Confident in your ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Able to engage and communicate with a broad range of IT and business stakeholders

Salary: £75k - £90k + Excellent Bonus + 10% Pension
