A Lead SAP SD Consultant is currently being sought by a household name end user based in the West Midlands.
This is a significant role within the SAP team and so you will be managing projects as well as leading less experienced consultants on these projects. As such, as well as your proven SAP SD skills, you?ll need to be able to demonstrate both Team Leadership and Project Management experience for this role.
At present, the company has an extensive SAP landscape that has, over the years, become very disparate with many bespoke elements being implemented. With an ECC6 Upgrade planned for next year, they are looking to streamline their SAP landscape in preparation for this major SAP project.
This, therefore, is a very interesting and varied SAP SD role that will also involve considerable change management as new processes and a whole new system is put in place.
To be considered for this SAP SD role, you should have the following experience:
- Proven SAP SD configuration skills
- Team Leadership and/or Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- The confidence to drive through change within the business
