 Competence: - 7 years of experience in cellular networks. - 5 years of experience in GSM networks. - 2 years of experience in NOKIA GSM networks (mandatory). Required Techinical Competence Areas: 3.1 GSM Radio Planning and Performance. - Nominal Planning and roll-out process. - Site survey: TSS, PFRF, Sitar, Radiometric report, etc. - Swap process. - Coverage Planning & Optimization: concepts, models and tools. - Frequency Planning & Optimization: classic and frequency hopping. - Adjacency Planning & Optimization. - Capacity Planning & Optimization: traffic. - NOKIA BSS dimensioning. - NOKIA BSS parameter Planning & Optimization. - NOKIA Features parameter Planning & Optimization. - NOKIA Counters, KPI's and performance analysis. - Drive-test execution and analysis.

NOKIA Tools: Traffica, RAC, Optimizer, reporter, NetAct Planner, MML commands, configuration management, performance management, fault management, etc. - Other Tools: MapInfo, TEMS, ASSET, Viper, Nitro, etc. 3.2

(E)GPRS Radio Planning and Performance - Coverage Planning & Optimization: concepts, models and tools. - NOKIA BSS, EDAP, PCU and Gb dimensioning. - NOKIA BSS parameter Planning & Optimization. - NOKIA Features parameter Planning & Optimization. - NOKIA Counters, KPI's and performance analysis. - Drive-test execution and analysis. - NOKIA and other Tools.
