Our client has an urgent requirement for numerous positions; they need 5 senior engineers with a minimum 3 years significant experience in the WCDMA Ericsson Radio Network Design and Optimization to work in Latin America. The perfect candidate need to have CDMA/GSM RF design and optimisation knowledge.

The successful candidates will have to fulfil the following responsibilities and to be familiar with the different tasks such as: Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations,understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team. Prepare radio N&TC report, including bench marking of key performance indicator before and after the NPI, suggestion for further improvement, parameters and features tuningdoing presentations and participating in technical discussions with customer.

The candidate must have an experience on UMTS Optimization tools: TEMS, XCAL/XCAP, Agilent; Actix, also with UMTS counters/statistics for identifying problems in the network and possible solutions.

The knowledge of HSDPA is compulsory to be able for applying to this position, the HSUPA skills will be an advantage.
