You will be part of One.com's development team based in Gurgaon New Delhi, in close cooperation with and with direct reference to our managing system administrator in Denmark.
Your employment starts with an intensive introductory course lasting approximately 6 months in our Danish department in Copenhagen.
Your background and experience:
The ideal candidate has an academic background and a masters degree or a Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics or similar. Alternatively your background could also be within engineering.
- You are responsible and work structured, committed and independently.
- You have practical management experience, including project management.
- You possess a great drive and thrive in a hectic environment.
- You are the type who sees solutions to constraints and will through your high motivation to create exciting daily lives of your employees
- It is also important that you through your great knowledge can serve as a technical specialist.
- You have been working with system development and system design in larger Unix and Linux systems.
- You have experience with programming in Perl, C and SQL and you thrive in environments constructed of open source software.
Your tasks:
Your tasks will primarily consist of recruitment and subsequently management of a new development team in our Gurgaon New Delhi department. The team will work on development tasks and first level surveillance of data centres located in Europe.

It would be an advantage if you are an Indian resident but in case you do not posses an Indian residence/work permit we will also organise this on a yearly renewal basis.
