Java / J2EE Developers with Telecoms Industry Experience - Urgently Required

The Client

Our Client is the premier provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems to communications service providers worldwide. With headquarters in Dublin they supply their products and a range of supporting professional services from offices in the USA, the UK, Japan and Australia.

The Roles

Our client has an urgent requirement for Senior Java Developers preferably with telecoms experience (as most of their clients are telecoms) and with database skills (SQL or Oracle).

They are looking for Java / J2EE programmers to develop different billing interfaces for different customers (mainly telecoms). Experience with ‘web services’ XML and scripting languages & designing solutions/ developing road maps. The client would also prefer if candidates had experience in telecoms as most of their customers come from that area.

Responsibilities
- Product Development
- Architecture, Analysis, Design and Coding
- Work closely with other Senior Software Engineers to achieve Release dates
- Prototype Product Ideas
- Optimize and improve current product
- Extend product to cater for new Network Interfaces

Requirements
- A Minimum of 3 years Java experience
- Excellent J2EE skills
- Strong SQL/Oracle knowledge
- Knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows
- Experience in High Volume Transactions very useful
- Knowledge of GPRS, UMTS an advantage

Contract to begin early ASAP for 3 months + with a view to extension. Based in Blackrock, South Dublin, convenient to DART station.
