Based in Oxfordshire, RM is a MS Gold Partner and the leading provider of IT solutions to the education sector. Projects are typically very large scale (i.e. national), technically ground-breaking and are built using numerous technical components (i.e. MOSS 2007 / WSS, MS Server 2003, Windows 2008 Active Directory, LCS / OCS 2007, Exchange 2007, VMWare, Terminal Services, Cisco etc...). Depending upon your experience level you will have the opportunity to work within / or act as the technical lead on these innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop large scale solutions through all stages of the project lifecycle (i.e. design enterprise level SharePoint Portal solutions for millions of users)
- Potentially take on technical leadership responsibilities in the short or medium term
- Resolve technical and planning issues in an effective, efficient manner
- Contribute to process improvements
The Individual
- Of graduate calibre with a track record of designing / delivering MS server-based solutions, through the full project life cycle rather than just support
- In depth understanding and experience of SharePoint (MOSS 2007). Broader MS technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, LCS, OCS, Server 2003 etc would be useful
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem solving skills.
- MSCE2000/2003 qualifications with their requisite real-life application are desirable
- To take on more immediate project technical leadership, must evidence previously having some similar level of project ownership
- Previous experience within the education sector is not necessary
