Business Analyst - Life Insurance Sector - fluent German speakerThis is a senior position based in Dublin South with strong emphasis on client relationship management, where the BA will be expected to impress the client with indepth knowledge of the industry and to present ideas on/ influence improvements in their business processes with my clients' software solutions.
The role will involve:
- Impressing clients during sales process with flexibility/ business functionality of my clients' product
- Work as the life insurance industry expert within multi-functional project teams
- Suggesting new approaches to processing new business/ capturing detailed customer requirements/ sugessting detailed designs/ communicating designs to internal software development teams
- Using company software development tools to configure company systems to customer requirements
- Primarily dealing with customers and prospects in Germany
Skills/ Experience required:
- Expertise in insurance business practices and processes
- Actuarial/ Underwriting background OR experience as a business analyst in a software supplier or software consultancy with Life Insurance companies
- Significant technical awareness + experience with systems deployed previously in Life Insurance companies
- 6+ years relevant experience
- Native/ Fluent German speaker with excellent English
NB: this person will be based in Dublin and will be expected to undertake a substantial amount of travel to customers in Germany
