Business Analyst needed for leading UK company - wide ranging role across variety of teams and clients. Working within their SoftwareDevelopment Team. Responsible for ensuring technical solutions are aligned to the requirements of the business. You will recommend Business Change Solutions, investigate business requirements and provide Quality Assurance. Role also involves selling the benefits of requirements analysis across the portfolio of investment programmes. Document business requirements. Ensure software development requirements are fit for purpose. ·Provide a quality assurance role by proactively reviewing documents produced within the team. Work closely with the business to translate business issues into systems requirements. Experience: Ideally you will have ISEB Requirements Engineering certificate or diploma (or equivalent). Experience of influencing change in a dynamic environment. Able to use information effectively to gain commitment from stakeholders at all levels. Able to collaborate with, and challenge, colleagues and customers constructively to deliver the best business outcome. Evidence of continued professional development.
