| This is a fantastic opportunity to join this asset management firm based in London . The position will be heavily focused on the analysis, documentation, testing, implementation and support of systems with in your assigned team. The role will have approximately 3 direct reports out of the systems Analyst team. Main areas of business will be to, Identify any potential forthcoming business requirements by proactively consulting Business Managers and Section Heads by arranging regular formal and informal meetings and using other appropriate means of communication. Act as leader of staff and projects allocated by the Team Manager, Provide technical 2 ND line support for reported issues including those escalated from other IT teams. Prepare business cases to identify the objective of any IT change. Technically you will be competent in most areas of IT, including Infrastructure, networking. So skills wise, Cisco, routing and Switching equipment, Microsoft technologies ISA, desktops and server 2000, 2003 and XP, SAN, AD, Citrix, firewall technologies and Internet technologies an advantage. |
