Software Engineer (C#), .net, Amsterdam
Working for the largest Internet Video management platform covering content and applications, you will form part of an R&D team, within a group that has expertise across 3 continents. You will be responsible for developing web services for Internet Television. You will have an excellent opportunity to grow your development skills and become part of the exciting new Internet Television media industry.
Your responsibilities will include design, development and testing of the Internet Television server system. Most of the development will be based on C# and .NET, though you will need some fluency in XML and preferably XSLT, and need to integrate with back-end systems developed by other parts of the company in the US.
You will have a minimum of 3 years C# experience and an understanding of Visual Studio / .net and XML. You will also have 2 years experience with developing scalable web services. Any working knowledge of Streaming, Windows Media, MPEG-4 and DRM is a plus but not essential.
This role is a permanent opportunity with a growing organization located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You must be able to work in the region without restriction.
