Right now we are looking for a communicative and collaborative Java Developer keen to use their skills to lead and drive high levels of performance on all TUI web sites, including industry leading www.thomson.co.uk
What do we look for in a Java Developer?
* Strong Java, J2EE, web application, Spring, Hibernate and SQL skills
* Experience in Spring MVC, MySQL, Tomcat, Apache, source control, agile development, HTML, Javascript, CSS and XSL
* Great communication skills
* Ability to juggle workloads

What will you do as a Java Developer?
* Develop and support content driven functionality for TUI websites
* Identify root causes of problems in existing systems and propose solutions
* Work with business analysts and content authors, providing expert technical advice in a clear, well communicated manner
* Create and maintain documentation to support future maintenance
