MCA's Client is a leading provider of Software and Services to the UK Healthcare and Education sectors. MCA's client are looking to add to their growing support team, by bringing on board a Graduate I.T. Support Consultant to provide telephone and remote access Software support to both users and customers. An interest in I.T., with a formal qualification ranging from HND to Masters degree, or Microsoft certification, in addition to call center/customer service experience is essential. Any commercial experience in an I.T. support field would be beneficial, as would knowledge of SQL. An excellent opportunity to develop a career in I.T. Apply today.
