8 x Internal Sales Executive – Public Sector IT Sales – IT Reseller
£16-20k - £35k OTE
My client is one of the worlds largest privately owned technology groups, with an annual turnover in excess of $4bn, and more than 10,000 employees across the world. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to add to their internal sales team based out of their head office in Birmingham.
It is essential that you have experience selling either IT, telecoms or a related technology based product, in a telephone based business to business environment. You will have good commercial acumen, good time management skills, with a proactive approach to sales. You will be extremely ambitious, and bags of enthusiasm. People with experience of the following roles could be of interest; IT sales, internal sales, telesales, telemarketing, sales executive, account manager.
The main purpose of this role is for you to build up a portfolio of your own accounts thought proactive telesales and account management to a designated client list. You will be making a number of outbound calls a day, looking to establish, and speak to strategic decision makers, gaining an understanding of their business, and issuing quotes. As you bring accounts on, you will be responsible for carrying out extensive account management to ensure maximum account penetration.
