Lead Developer - VB.net, C#, ASP.net and SQl Server
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and write efficient, manageable VB.NET, ASP.NET and TSQL code to agreed deadlines.
Lead the development of client applications based on the MI Trader platform.
Contribute to the architecture and design of the core Trader platform.
Provide support on existing client implementations.
Coach and support other members of the development team
Provide technical consultancy to clients and Project Managers as required, to aid the analysis process.
Liaise with Project Managers and other members of the development team regarding implementation of specifications and requirements
SKILLS
Essential
Be able to convert requirements specified at either a business or technical level into successful implementation, through analysis and design skills.
Excellent knowledge of C# or VB.NET, Transact SQL and SQL Server 2005
Planning of projects to achieve deadlines.
Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
Database design skills
Advantageous
In depth ASP.NET knowledge
Knowledge of SQL query tuning
XML/XSLT knowledge
