System Tester/Test Analyst
Financial Services Company require an experienced test analyst to assist in test planning, create test cases and perform regression testing against existing systems as well as new system replacement. You will work with other IT functions and business areas to develop test plans and test cases, work with developers to assist in the analysis, tracking and final resolution of system faults. Some technical knowledge of scripted test tools is highly desirable as is a good working knowledge of web-based systems. Any ISEB qualification would be an advantage, as would a working knowledge of SQL.
In addition to the core skills the test analyst would be expected to have a good understanding of the full software development life cycle including requirement capture, systems analysis through to testing and deployment. They will also provide assistance to IT and the business areas in project planning and estimating project work.
