I have an excellent opportunity for a number of UMTS RF/Optimization Engineers for long term positions based in California. Ideal candidates must have a good understanding of network topologies and voice and data services. Key skills required are the ability to collect and analyze network performance statistics, and the experience to make day-to-day technical improvement recommendations incorporating design changes, fine tuning feature activation and drive testing schedules and verification. Wide familiarity with industry tools such as Planet, Asset 3G, ACP, Atoll, CellOpt and TEMS preferred.
