Implementation Consultant (Project Manager/Client Services Manager)
Salary: Up to £35,000 including car allowance (depending on experience)

Our client is regarded as the UK market leader in Safety, Health & Environmental software solutions; they are currently seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their busy and expanding team. The company specialises in the provision of software to large organisations like British Sugar, Focus DIY, Red Bull, and Persimmon Homes. Based from their Warwick office, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to understand their specific requirements and configure the software to meet those needs. You will be capable of managing several projects at any one time, so it is essential that you are a highly organised individual. Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
·Being capable of managing clients from the new business stage through to account management and ongoing support
·Ability to understand clients’ requirements and how they may impact on a system and business processes
·Delivering configuration requirements on time with the agreed project plan
·The ability to train clients, either on an individual basis or groups of end users
Excellent presentation and communication skills, together with a confident facilitative meeting style
The ideal candidate will be educated to at least degree level in a relevant subject and have worked for a software company, however candidates will be considered from other environments. Either as an existing Implementation Consultant or a strong Project Manager you will show high levels of attention to detail and have the ability to work in a team and independently.
