At Britvic we are looking for a SAP expert who can lead a team to design and develop effective IT solutions from a core application perspective, which meet defined development standards and industry best practice. As a SAP Team Leader your main responsibilities will involve:
? Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team in areas of defined technical expertise, maximising the potential of individuals to deliver quality solutions that meet defined business requirements
? Managing resource levels of the team and third parties, ensuring deliverables are achieved by meeting agreed responsibilities, objectives and timescales of a project
? Actively involving the team in the delivery of new IT developments, by ensuring early inclusion to shape and define projects so that they are implemented efficiently and effectively
? Producing a roadmap for a rolling 12 month view of technology within defined technical area, ensuring hardware / software offerings meet business requirements
? Providing a third line support team that provides strong problem analysis and solving capability, ensuring a root fix is implemented where applicable
? Proactively seeking innovative ideas and products to drive success for the business
As a SAP Team Leader your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
? Extensive SAP basis knowledge, including general administration, application of support packs/upgrades, PSV testing, designing of solutions to support day to day business e.g. Disaster Recovery and Landscapes
? Experience in SAP analysis / design or programming, plus sound business knowledge
? DBA skills and linking SAP to other applications essential
? Ability to facilitate integrated technology changes to timescale, budget and quality using in-house and third party resources
? Degree (or equivalent) essential, MCDBA would be advantageous
? Detailed Technical skill in the following areas:-
o SAP Solution Manager
o SAP Basis Skills, including installation & STMS
o SAP Role Development
o Awareness of SAP DDIC and ABAP basics.
o SQL Server 2000+ and DBA Skills
o Wintel Platform Experience
o Disaster recovery process and tools.
o Seibel Architecture
o Microsoft Biztalk / Interface technologies
? An in-depth understanding of BASIS Admin (including Netweaver experience) with respect to multiple SAP system components specifically ECC 6.0, BW and SCM (APO) + associated components ( Livecache, Optimiser, ITS.etc.)
