Technical Analyst/Field Support Engineer – South Yorkshire - Windows/XP/Server 2003/Exchange/Cisco/SharePoint/Networking - £16,000-£20,000 + Benefits
We are looking for a Technical Analyst/Field Support Engineer to join a small team in South Yorkshire supporting business accounts across the public sector. Working mainly on client site you will be liaising with a variety or staff from your client teams to resolve hardware issues, bespoke product queries and also Windows related software, systems problems and networking issues. You will self-manage your day and your open tickets to resolve the problems within agreed internal and customer related SLAs/KPIs. To be successful for this role you will have commercial experience providing IT support in a client facing role. You will have excellent communication skills and a problem solving approach to resolve customer issues and talk clients through any related issues. You will also be expected to have an understanding of windows systems and software and any IT accreditations/certifications will be beneficial. You will have previous experience in Windows XP/Server 2003/ Networking and ideally have experience in Active Directory/SharePoint and Cisco.
