Senior C# Developer (Winforms, WPF, SQL Server) up to 60k
Our client a financial software housebased in Central London is looking to hire a Senior C# developer to join their development team. You will have strong development background with minimum of 4 years’ experience with C#, Winforms, SQL Server and ideally WPF.
Essential Skills:
A minimum of a BSc in Computer Science preferably an MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree in Physics or Maths with a strong computing background
4+ years strong C#.Net experience developing complex, objected-oriented, business-focused, multi-tier WinForms applications
Experience in multi-threading or parallel computing (desirable)
Experience with .NET 3.5 and 4.0
3+ years of strong SQL Server database development including T-SQL, object design, SQLXML and profiling
Experience with Lambda, LINQ, WPF, WCF is desirable.
A strong commitment to staying up to date on the latest technologies including self-learning and active participation in user forums and blogs
A strong desire to analyse business problems and provide software solutions
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, written and oral English
Any experience within the 'Energy, Oil and Gas' sector is desirable.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as having proven analysis and decision making skills. Being a good problem solver is also beneficial.
