ITSM/ Service Management Technical Business Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ITSM/ IT Service Management Technical Business Consultant to join fast growing, dynamic organisation in Wiltshire.
As a ITSM/ Service Management Technical Business Consultant you will be responsible for engaging our client's customers to ensure a successful design, implementation, configuration, customisation, and deployment of our clients Service Management sw within a specified number of business days.
As a ITSM/ Service Management Technical Business Consultant you will have the following:
*3+ years experience implementing and installing Service Desk Solutions or a strong
background in Service Desk management with strong toolset experience.
*3+ years experience with SQL, Active Directory, Asset Discovery Software
*Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment
*Ability to share "Best Practices" with customers
*Ability to interact with different groups like developers, technicians and users
*Excellent Problem Solving Skills
*Willingness to travel 70% of the year
*ITIL v3 certification (preferable)
As a ITSM/ Service Management Technical Business Consultant you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our clients solutions to direct customers . This will involve project scoping, system configuration in conjunction with customer, creating an implementation Statement of Work, technical implementation of the solution. Such implementation projects could be required anywhere within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.
