Our clientis a major supplier of
innovative business critical, cost reducing IT solutions to commercial
and public sector organisations across the UK. They have invested
heavily in purposely built Data Centres strategically located
throughout the UK and are now experiencing tremendous interest from
both existing and new customers in their Data Centre facilities and
associated 'Cloud Computing' based tecnologies.
Responsibilities :
- Owning and achieving the Data Centre sales target for your designated region .
- Liaising with the customers and Account Managers and Business
Development Executives as a key member of the account management team.
- Providing a central point of contact for the customer and sales with
regards to data centre sales. Fostering strong working relationships
with customers through proactive contact via the telephone and face to
face.
- Working with customers and technical resource to prepare accurate technical commerical quotations.
Experience required :
- Experience gained working in an IT reseller environment with at least 2 years spent in a datacentre sales environment.
- Good knowledge of data centre services and associated technologies .
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and target achievement .
- Well developed account and business development skills.
- Highly professional demeanour and possessd of high levels of self motivation.
- Ability to deal at all levels of contact and experienced in board level negotiations .
- Proven ability of closing high value contracts over lengthy sales cycles.
Salary up to £50K Basic / £100k OTE + Car allowance, Health, Life and Pension.
