1 day off then 3 night shifts Tues, Weds and Thursday 18.45 - 06.45 to fall back onto the Morning shift as per above

Running the largest nationwide fibre-optic network in the UK comes with many challenges. Not least, making sure we provide our business customers with the very best service while handling their technical enquiries. That’s what’s needed here. Dealing with calls courteously and efficiently, you’ll carry out detailed fault diagnostics to try and resolve any issues. And, if you can’t get to the crux of the matter, we’ll rely on you to pass it on to the appropriate technical team and let line management know an issue needs attention.
Innovative and challenging, brilliant at customer service and great at identifying and resolving problems, you thrive in a high-pressure environment. What’s more, your commercial experience has been gained working in a buzzing customer faults call centre. An understanding of Microsoft Office apps and general internet working, TCP/IP principles & DNS is key, with knowledge of Alcatel, Cisco and Netgear router/switch technology a plus. You’ll also need proven network fault troubleshooting skills and sound knowledge of Internet, while CCNA/A+ and/or Network + industry certification would be ideal.Join and you’ll be part of the Virgin Media family.
