This is a fantastic opportunity for a Frontend / Interactive Developer to join our creative design team and deliver engaging content across a wide range of topics. While web development will be your specialism, our team is multi-discipline and we value core programming skills. Experimentation with other technologies is encouraged.

We require an impressive Front End Developer with past experience working on websites across a number of browsers and devices. Extensive knowledge and previous experience with JavaScript and JQuery is required. You should have plenty of experience working with HTML5 and CSS3 and possibly Actionscript 3. You will be joining a friendly bunch who work well together so you should be confident in voicing your opinion and work well with others.

As Front End / Interactive Developer you will work on a number of projects improving the front-end of the web projects of key applications. You will be working on producing user-centred interfaces and highly usable web apps and website interfaces alongside a team of accomplished designers and developers. There are a number of exciting projects that you will have the chance to work on.

It is important that you are comfortable producing highly interactive animations and interactive graphics for mobile, web, e-learning and interactive documents. You will have an understanding of UI / UX technologies and be able to suggest to clients innovative solutions to better describe their projects.

You will work on the planning, design, documentation and development of user interfaces and user experience concepts. You shall delivery industry leading interaction designs from concept through to launch, and design user interaction models and work flows.

You will be involved from the very start of a project. It is crucial that you know how to combine both the technical and creative aspects of the trade, since you will be working closely with our multi-skilled team, creatives and clients.   • Creating/editing HTML / CSS templates to be used by technical staff to create dynamic websites
  • Design and generate front-end code to display consistently across a myriad of browser/platform combinations
  • Develop detailed designs consistent with object-oriented principles
  • Working across multiple accounts/clients and projects
  • Create engaging web based interactive content and animations

As the successful Front End Developer you will have the following experience;

  • Sufficient and appropriate experience in front-end development
  • HTML5 / CSS / Canvas
  • JavaScript/jQuery/backbone.js
  • Bootstap and other responsive frameworks
  • tweening frameworks - greensock / itween
  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite
  • Apache Cordova / phonegap
  • API and Web Services (Rest or SOAP)
  • Agile SCRUM development

Any of the below skills would be advantageous:

  • Ember / NodeJS / ExpressJS
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • GIT
  • C#
  • Mongo DB
  • Actionscript
