Advantage Technical Resourcing are looking to recruit a number of energetic, senior sales focused individuals to operate from its hugely successful Basingstoke office. Resource delivery covers several market sectors including Engineering, IT, Energy - all Technical disciplines.
Responsibilities will cover:
Identification, generation and development of new business opportunities within a target market or client sector.
Deliver the full recruitment cycle; this is a genuine Sales role
Develop brand awareness through both quality and time commitment to building significant candidate relations.
Candidate Profile:
* Energetic, sales focused, time management.
* Excellent communication skills, a natural networker and relationship builder.
* A subject matter expert in one market sector or a "generalist" looking to specialise.
* Degree Educated or equivalent.
