Several Programme Managers (IT Infrastructure - Data centre / Desktop rollout etc.) are required for a global IT Services company, working on some of the largest and most complex IT Programmes in the IT marketplace today!
Based from home, but working on client sites throughout the UK (you must be 100% flexible to travel), you will manage full lifecycle IT Programmes from pre-sales through to delivery across a wide range of clients, both in the public and private sectors.
Indeed, as a Programme Manager (MSP, Prince 2), your responsibilities will include:
*Managing the timely delivery of bids and Programmes / Projects to high levels of quality with attention to cost control.
*Taking responsibility for the financial and commercial aspects of your Programmes.
*Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship at multiple levels both within internal teams and with the client, involving and managing third parties as necessary.
*Providing leadership to internal project teams and clients.
*Sharing knowledge and experience through formal and informal knowledge management initiatives.
*Providing coaching, guidance & leadership to colleagues and Project Managers.
To be suitable for these Programme Management roles you will:
*An enviable track record in Delivering enterprise scale IT infrastructure Programmes (e.g. Datacentres transformations, desktop roll-outs etc.)
*Have worked in a client facing, IT Services / Outsourcing / IT Consultancy background
*Managed Programme budgets in excess of £10M
*Managed large multi-disciplinary teams (on and off-shore),
*Worked across multiple industries (e.g. public sector, manufacturing, financial services, retail etc.)
*Prince2 and/or MSP Practitioner certified (bonus)
