Support / Test Analysts To £17,000 - 23,000 Derby
Our client, TBS Enterprise Mobility, require a number of Support / Test Analysts for a busy ITIL run support function based in Belper, Derbyshire.
A world leader in leader in the development and implementation of field worker software solutions TBS provide a mobile platform enabling businesses
to exchange information in real time with their mobile workforce.
These technical support positions will offer you a customer facing incident and problem management role within a commercial environment providing
both internal and external support within a variety of service level agreements.
Technologies will include Windows Server, SQL Server and networking concepts e.g. Active Directory, IP, DNS, GPRS/3G and Subnets. Applications are written
in Microsoft .Net so any understanding C# or VB would be an advantage as would commercial experience within an ITIL frameworks. However, a minimum of
1-2 years commercial IT support experience is the real key (university placements considered).
This role will offer you the next step in a technology career with the opportunity to understand, analyse and solve a variety of technical issues, including;
Fault rectification, remote support, occasional on site support, software upgrades, installations and support to projects during their lifecycle and beyond.
