CRM Specialist, System Integration, Contract, Dublin, Ireland
I am currently seeking a CRM specialist to start immediatly with a pharmaceutical company based in Dublin, Ireland. It is a 6 month contract on a competitive daily rate, my client is rolling out a CRM system group wide and the successful person will be based in Dublin rolling it out locally.
- It is a pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging and labelling site and validated environment
- The role will report to the Project Manager in Ireland
- Looking for someone who has ran with a minimum of 3-4 similar projects, preferably in a similar environment
- The role will be everything from business analysis, implementation, training, SOPs, process mapping, process development, working with the CS and technical teams
- The client has nothing in place, so this will be a real challenge. They will be integrating info from a myriad of systems.
- Need someone who is a doer and can implement and can engage with the business.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential
- You will need to come from a lean manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Distinct preference for CRM 2011 experience, but CRM 4 MS will be considered
The Job:Responsibilities
· Discover, document and analyse key organisational processes.
· Analyse and migrate existing data from various platforms.
· Provide training and ongoing support for customers; report building, data quality, new integrations.
· Configure application to support business processes.
· Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations and third party integrations.The Person:

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
· Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments.
· Strong analytical skills and logical approach.
Desirable
· 5 years CRM experience with .NET & SQL based enterprise scale applications
· Project management experience
· First-hand experience of MS Dynamics CRM
· Pharmaceutical industry & Validation experience
