Business Application Test Support Co-ordinator

(12 month contract with view to go Perm)

This position would suit somebody who likes to have contact with a variety of different people throughout the organization and who relishes a challenge.

You will be required to carry out efficient resolution of Application/Software support throughout the business and deliver outstanding support to your colleagues and customers alike.

The candidate will have strong IT skills and excellent customer service skills, with experience of working with a diverse product range and be able to act in a professional and calm manner at all times.

You will need to have an analytical approach to problem solving and be extremely diligent in your application to your work. You may also be required to liaise with our key partners, both internally and externally, on issues requiring their input.

Additional experience of working within a support function would be advantageous.

The position would suit somebody wishing to move into a technical career and who is looking for a daily challenge to really contribute to the business transformation program.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Support the business with all application related issues
*First and second line support for all third party and internal suppliers
*Responsible for performing daily billing processes accurately and on time
*System administration, including building/maintaining products, tariffs and services
*Assist in the administration of all internal business applications
Ideal candidate:

*drive issues through to resolution.
*Attention to detail
*an ability to understand complex processes.
*Familiarity with internal business processes will be key to this role.

Minimum qualifications and relevant experience:
*Good level of technical analysis skills
*Excellent level of attention to detail and ability to understand complex issues
*Highly literate and highly numerate
