Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Helpline Supervisor to join an established fast paced team in the Northeast.
You will be required to supervise a team of advisors who are providing 1st line support
Duties and Responsibilities
·Assist where necessary with staffing the Helpline to provide support, resolving requests and more complex enquiries escalated by the Helpline Advisors
- Identify, review and develop the working procedures relating to the Helpline
- Assist with identifying and reviewing the training and development needs of Helpline staff
- To carry out Helpline staff training, including preparation of training documentation and manuals
- To contribute to excellent customer care by advising on the development and use of best practice procedures
- Making recommendations for user skills training from analysis of user requests
Ideally you will be available immediately.
You will be required to work between the hours of 9am until 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays Only.
This is a long-term contract role.
