1st Line IT Support Analysts Winchester to £18,000
The IT Service Desk team are looking for 2 new members of staff to help in their growing division.
As 1st line support, you will answer calls within 3 rings and accurately log, assess and categorise using the Service Desk Remedy Help Desk system. You will monitor and action requests and customer queries and investigate Remedy tickets assigned to the Service Desk queue and assign to the appropriate team. You will be responsible for Windows, Outlook, password re-sets, account unlocks and other 1st line fixes. You will escalate issues to Service Desk Supervisor/Manager where appropriate and assist in ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
You will be an excellent communicator who can effectively build relationships and have a good understanding of MS Office products and Desk Operating systems.
If you have any knowledge or experience of working within an ITIL framework, this would be useful along with call logging systems such as Remedy and general PC and word packages.
