My client a international Business Process Outsourcer is currently recruiting a network & Infrastructure Security Manager to be based within their cheltenham office.
The main purpose of this role is the management of the delivery and operation of Network and Security services to my client
Key responsibilities include:
· Delivery of the service line within agreed parameters and working closely with key 3rd parties to create a strong and effective relationship (including AT&T, C&WW and Intrinsic)
· Identification of business opportunities and progression with relevant stakeholders
Candidate will have exposure of developing managing network security environments and also strong people management ability.
Candidate will have exposure to the below or similar techs:
Juniper SSL VPN, Bluecoat proxy, CISCO core/access/distribution switches, Cisco ASA/firewall service modules, Nokia Checkpoint firewalls, MPLS technology, Domain Names Services and administration, packet capture and how to interpret, awareness of Routing protocols - BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, appreciation of F5 Loadbalancer technology. Good understanding of security requirements in a financial services environment
