This organisation has a c40 strong IT department based in south Dorset is looking to fulfill the role of CRM Project Manager for an 18 month fix term contract.
This CRM Project Manager will be required to manage a project to select, procure and implement a CRM solution that meets the needs of the organisation. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the customer need and supports the CRM Strategy and supporter journey.
Required Skills:
*To liaise with the business and IS to understand the customer needs
*To lead the requirements gathering phase and produce Request for Information and Tender Documents
*To lead the evaluation and selection of the appropriate solution
*To ensure the project is implemented to time and within budget
*To manage the project through its complete lifecycle from start to Post Implementation Review
*To ensure all stakeholders and suppliers work together as a team to deliver the appropriate solution
*To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required
The main duties of this role is to
*Experience of CRM implementation
*Management of technical projects, including planning, stakeholder management, supplier management.
*Ability to plan and control projects
*Experience of defining user requirements using workshop techniques
*Experience of working closely with internal and external stakeholders
*Risk, quality and issue management
*Excellent communications and negotiation skills
