Multilingual Helpdesk - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Windows XP, AD, Microsoft Office
My client has an urgent requirement for a Multilingual Helpdesk Professional who can speak fluent Danish, Swedish and Norwegian. The right candidate will need to of had previous commercial experience within a customer service / IT Helpdesk role. You will be the 1st point of contact for the clients customers and will need experience with Windows XP / Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010, Hardware and User Access Requests. Any previous experience working on a Multilingual Helpdesk will be advantageous.
