Software Project Manager - Perm role paying £32 -£35k, based just outside Bangor, start asap.
Our client is looking to expand their team with a strong IT Project Manager, with specific experience of Software products.
The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient management for the commercial delivery of standard and bespoke projects to customers. As well as a Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince 2) you will be expected to have a degree in a relevant subject area.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensuring projects deliver required results to customers.
- Preparing quotes and ensuring project costs are planned and managed within budget.
- Liaison with the Sales Director, Finance and Operations Director, Head of Product, Head of Development, external clients and 3rd party suppliers as necessary.
- Being actively involved in the planning of a project or phase to secure agreement that timescales, scope and budget are achievable and tolerances adequate.
- Project reporting and milestone tracking.
It is essential that you have experience of implementing software products, including analysis, requirement specification, using case and data modelling, development, testing, and implementation.
