We are looking for an experienced IT consultant to join our team on a full time basis.
We are Mac specialists and we work with some of the Creative Industries leading companies.
Ideally you are already a consultant who has experience of providing support to several sites, have had the responsibility of setting up new systems, training users and providing ongoing support. You document thoroughly and work calmly under pressure.
The successful candidate will be working in close contact with the Technical Manager and the support team and will be involved with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support along with planning and implementing technical solutions.
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS)
At least 6 years technical support experience working with Mac's and surrounding technologies
Must have experience of supporting OS X Server (Mail - Cyrus and Postfix) ,Mobile accounts, Disk images, AFP, SMB, Open Directory, Kerberos)
Must have experience of supporting Kerio Mail Server
Network experience including installation and configuration of Routers, Firewalls and Wireless Access Points
Working knowledge of DNS
Bash shell scripting
